The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The drying/storage room for skiing/snowboarding gear was efficient. The location was convenient for accessing the slopes and restaurants.

We had a wonderful 6-night stay at Altitude Nozawa. The lodge was lovely, clean, and extremely comfortable. The proximity to the slopes and shuttle bus stop was convenient, and it was also an easy walk to town and hot springs. The rooms offered breathtaking views of the slopes and the beds were incredibly cozy. The drying room, storage space, and laundry facilities were excellent. The gourmet breakfast and bar snacks were delicious, and the staff, led by Jack, were outstanding and always went above and beyond to assist us. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Altitude Nozawa was fantastic. We stayed for 4 nights with our child and were impressed with the helpful staff, comfortable rooms, and cleanliness of the hotel. The large wet room was a great feature, and the breakfast provided by the Australian chefs was always delicious and accommodated my gluten-free diet. The laid-back atmosphere and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable, and we appreciated the convenient shuttle bus and free public bus to the Gondola. a great experience!

We got great value for our money at Altitude Nozawa. The room was spacious, clean, and had an incredible view. The location was convenient, close to the ski hill and just a nice little walk from the town center. The staff were absolutely fantastic, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay.

During my backpacking trip, I had the pleasure of staying at a comfortable lodge with friendly and helpful staff. the location was convenient as it was near the ski fields and a ski rental place, making it perfect for skiing enthusiasts. the staff made me feel like family and were always willing to drive me to town or the ski lifts. the rooms were in good condition and the beds were super comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the daily western-style breakfast with a hot option was phenomenal.

One minor inconvenience was the lack of a hairdryer in the room after showering. the staff would have been happy to lend one if I had known that beforehand.
